MULTI-YEAR ACCESSIBILITY PLAN
PURPOSE
Italform Limited strives to meet the needs of its employees with disabilities and is working to remove and prevent barriers to accessibility in accordance with Regulation 191/11: Integrated Accessibility Standards under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.
Italform Limited is committed to fulfilling our requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005. This accessibility plan outlines the steps we are taking to meet those requirements and to improve opportunities for people with disabilities.
The plan is reviewed at least once every 5 years.
INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION
Italform Limited will communicate with people with disabilities in ways that consider their disability, and we will work with the person with disabilities to determine what method of communication works best for them.

Review Regulations: Familiarize ourselves with the local and national accessibility regulations and standards.
Site Assessment: Conduct a thorough assessment to identify barriers to accessibility.
Develop Accessibility Policies: Create or update accessibility policies.
YEAR 2
Prioritize Changes: Based on the assessment, prioritize the necessary changes to improve accessibility.
Training and Awareness: Provide training for staff on accessibility requirements, including how to accommodate individuals with disabilities.
YEAR 3
Modifications and Retrofits: Implement modifications and retrofits to remove barriers identified during the assessment phase. This may involve installing ramps, handrails, accessible parking spaces, and signage.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all accessibility improvements made.
YEAR 4
Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to ensure ongoing compliance with accessibility standards.
Feedback Mechanisms: Establish channels for individuals with disabilities to provide feedback on accessibility improvements. Use this feedback to identify areas for further enhancement.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously review and update accessibility polices and procedure based on feedback, changing regulations, and emerging best practices.

Celebrate Successes: Recognize and celebrate milestones and achievements in improving accessibility.
Replication: Share best practices and lessons learned with other companies.
Review and Adaptation: Regularly review and adapt the multi-year accessibility plan to reflect evolving needs, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
